  4. We will assist you discover your full business potential, create customer and employee value, identify business opportunities and pinpoint any impending gaps. Our team has multiple experience and expertise in statistical analysis and mathematics. We manage to mix textbook smarts with practical application. Below are our core competencies within analytics:

    • Customer Analytics. Clients are the life blood of any organisation. We will help you understand client demographics, how client’s use your product/s and services, attritions rates, why clients leave, how long clients stay, client on boarding and journey, client behaviour, client experience, client feedback and so on… We don’t do this in order to regurgitate information back to you. Our objective is to understand correlation and provide insight in order for you to optimise your offering and client experience.
    • Operations Analytics. We leverage our extensive experience and passion within the operations environment to ensure we give our clients the efficiency and effectiveness required to run their business. Process measurement and performance is our forte and we always get excited with a new opportunity to solve complex process problems.
    • Accounting Analytics. While customers are an organisation’s lifeblood, the Accounting function provides an indication of a company’s vital organs. Is the heartbeat (sales and cash flow) strong? Is the neural network working effectively (strategy and execution)? Are all the limbs working (processes)? You get the idea. By analysing a company’s financial statements, we can provide this insight. We are also able to benchmark against financial indicators within your industry i.e. is your cost:income ratio in line with your industry? If not, what do you need to do in order to get in line and then take it to the next level?
    • People Analytics. Few would disagree that an organisation’s people are by far their most valuable asset. The reality is that you get what you “measure.” If your measurement system is flawed, unfortunately this will drive the incorrect focus and behaviour from your people. We have had the advantage of developing multiple KPI models and believe we can add value to your business by understanding what will drive your people.
    • Marketing and Brand Analytics. Is your marketing strategy effective? Is your brand strong? We can assist you in answering these questions. However, that is the status quo. We believe that in order to take this thinking to the next level, we will need to provide you with this insight. Are your marketing channels relevant for the intended audience and clients you wish to reach? Is your brand consistent across social media? Do you people live your brand?

This assisted with rostering staff and dealing with unexpected peaks in call volumes.
    • Capture Forms. We have delivered numerous of these solutions. Our flagship deployment was for a leading global private bank. We were able to use “capture forms” in order to enable their client feedback process. These “capture forms” enabled a simplistic workflow.
